Assessment sessions- £100
Assessment sessions last 90 minutes and offer a chance to meet, reach a shared understanding of the current difficulties, and make a decision jointly as to whether Claire will be able to help you reach your therapy goals.
Ongoing appointments - £80
Regular appointments are usually weekly and 50-60 minutes in length.

Qualified as a Counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer, and with more than 14 years' experience working within a number of therapeutic settings, Claire offers one-to-one appointments to help adults with a range of difficulties.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has a strong evidence base for helping with a number of mood and anxiety-related difficulties. Sessions aim to equip clients to become their own therapist by helping them to recognise and adjust unhelpful behaviours and patterns of thinking. The therapy is structured, focused, and short-term (usually between 6-12 sessions).
