How to find us:

The Space, Sterling House, Mill Road, Burston, Diss, Norfolk. IP22 5TJ

 
 

Directions: When entering Burston from Diss, at The Crown pub turn left down Mill Road. After a minute you’ll see the mill factory on the right-hand side. We are shortly after on the left-hand side, you will see our sign on the verge. There is parking at the front of the building.

Note for sat nav users: When travelling the route above, we have found that some sat nav systems will direct you to 100 meters shy of The Space. In this case, just continue driving along Mill Road, and you’ll see us on the left.

> What is The Space?

The Space is a wellbeing centre that offers highly acclaimed wellness classes, therapies and treatments, all under the direction of sister team Lisa and Izzy. There is a variety of bespoke and beautiful spaces that are available for hire by the hour, day, or weekend. These include the Cabin, Studio Spaces and Treatment Rooms. The Space provides the perfect venue to host your own class, treatment, therapy, workshop, retreat, CPD event, meeting or conference. > What's different about The Space?

Finding such a wide variety and high standard of wellbeing classes and treatments so rurally is rare. The peaceful setting and beautiful, calming interior space sets The Space apart, decorated with wellbeing in mind and an abundance of natural light. The Space has the ability to bring you calm as soon as you walk in through the door.

> Is car parking available at The Space?

Yes, we have free parking directly outside the door.

> Is there disability access available at The Space?

Yes, we have disability access and are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Please inform your practitioner or teacher when you book that you'd require disability access.
