> Insight Healing:

Apowerful yet gentle form of energy healing that combines Reiki, intuitive channelling, deep presence through massage (if required or preferred) and nervous system orientation for safe grounding. It works effectively at clearing energetic blocks, sensing deep karmic patterns often responsible for psychic intrusions, 'cording', and releasing strong emotions of past life and ancestral memories and dormant skills as well. I work particularly well with survivors of narcissistic abuse, understanding how codependent and traumatic relationships need insight and release from all layers of existence.

Benefits include increased feelings of freedom, coherence and balance and improved emotional insight and instinctive emodiment. Clients often feel as if a 'weight' has been lifted from them they were not fully and cognitively aware of which in turn impacts their unconscious core belief patterns.

There is no 'reliving' of trauma (although you may sense something shifting within) and if you don't believe in past lives or reincarnation that's fine too.

The session is safely held and intuitively guided.

> Holistic Massage :

Massage Therapy is an ancient tool for health and relaxation and as a holistic treatment was recorded in use over 5,000 years ago. Its many benefits include reducing stress, fatigue and tension in the body, improved muscle tone, flexibility, and circulation, plus increased quality of sleep, digestion and mood. From my experience with my clients good massage therapy is a key component in maintaining a positive mind, body and soul connection.

I combine the long gliding strokes of effleurage with kneading, friction, tapotement and vibration to both stimulate and release the muscles, joints and overall soothe the body.

I intuitively use varied degrees of pressure to help my clients reach a state of blissful embodied calm. By empathically sensing what you need in the moment I attune to the areas of the body that need more pressure and release whilst keeping my focus on maintaining a holistic whole body approach.

I also provide a heated table to aid this process and use only high quality certified organic massage oils - this massage is truly healing magic!
