> Counselling:
Iβm a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, with over 10 years of experience.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe environment where you can have an opportunity to explore and reflect on difficult subjects. Our work together can be long-term or short-term counselling.
My approach to counselling integrates a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques, allowing me to tailor the process to suit each individual. My overall goal is to facilitate a process of self-exploration and understanding in a setting that is best suited for
each client.
I work face to face and online, as well as in an outdoors
environment, I will be happy to discuss these options with you.
> Meditation Group Sessions:
As a mindfulness-accredited teacher, I offer mindfulness one-to-one or group sessions. These are separate and unrelated to my counseling practice. These are offered from the Space.

Sometimes, when mindfulness arises it can feel as if we are seeing things for the first time with a freshness that can take us by surprise. This quality of mind has been referred to as βbeginnerβs mindβ, and has some of the qualities of wonder and appreciation that a happy child can have in experiencing new things.
